Quite a classic SB varietal nose of passionfruit and with a sense of malo. The textured palate shows more passionfruit, kiwi fruit, gooseberries, fresh soft herbs and hazelnuts, finishing with juicy acidity. The fruit was hand harvested, it was immediately pressed into tank and chilled for 48 hours.
