Aromas of curry leaves, cardamom, ripe stone fruits and green apple lead, followed by a palate layered with juicy orchard fruit, earth and savoury spice. The 21-day maceration and natural malolactic fermentation yield a rich and textured body, tempered by noticeable tannin and impressive length.
