See Saw Balance Organic Sauvignon Blanc (Justin & Pip Jarrett, Orange, NSW) is a bright, lively expression of Orange’s cool-climate marquee variety. Fragrant aromas of elderflower, apple candy and yellow guava skin lead into a palate of lemon citrus, passionfruit and tropical melon, with a crisp, grippy herbaceous edge and stony, dry finish. Scored 92 points by Halliday Wine Companion; awarded Silver at the 2023 NSW Wine Awards.
