The Sherrah Wines Fiano 2024 - crafted by Alex Sherrah, sourced from Tatachilla & Seaview sub-regions in McLaren Vale - is a beautifully executed expression of this Italian variety in South Australia. Aromas of lemon zest, white florals and sea spray lead into a palate of citrus and white stone fruit, underpinned by creamy texture and subtle savoury oak from half the wine’s wild & seasoned oak fermentation. There's a striking minerality thanks to limestone-rich soils, held upright by vibrant acidity.
