Shiny Pinot Gris 2021 (6 Bottles) Tamar Valley, Tasmania

The bouquet opens with a floral blossom followed by notes of ginger and grapefruit pith. On the palate the wine gives hints of baked apple and cinnamon, while also showing a very crisp and fresh liveliness, the finish is smooth and balanced. Harvested in April of 2020, the grapes were hand harvested and gently processed in the winery they were destemmed into fermenters and left on skins for 4 days.
