Singlefile Wines Single Vineyard Frankland River Clément V 2023 (6 Bottles) Denmark, Great Southern

The Frankland River fruit was picked over a few days in early April, sorted and cold soaked in small fermenters for six days, before undergoing an extended and gentle maceration, the varietal batches kept separate throughout. A medium bodied blend of shiraz, grenache and mataro, this wine has bright, perfumed aromatics of red fruits and spice with a subtle savoury edge. The palate is plush, with a smoothly textured mouth feel and fine grained chewy tannins.
