Skillogalee Sparkling Riesling NV (6 Bottles) Clare Valley, SA

The fruit is 100% hand-picked Riesling from low yielding vines growing at just under 500m above sea level on our own vineyards near Sevenhill in the picturesque Clare Valley. The nose shows aromas of freshly buttered toast with lemon curd and there are hints of cashews, brioche and lime marmalade. The palate shows both generosity and finesse, with a fine, creamy mousse.
