It’s a long‑term labour of love, fermented on skins, fortified, then nursed in old oak for up to a decade with no sulphur, just time. Aromatically it’s all walnuts, almonds, tea and honey, with that classic PX nutty warmth rather than just raisiny sweetness. The palate is soft, gently sweet and super long, loaded with creamy honey, nutty flavours and a silken, lingering finish at around 17% alcohol.
