St Anne’s Bendigo Shiraz 2023 is a deeply coloured, full‑bodied central Victorian Shiraz, rich in purple hues with ripe fruit and plenty of oak‑derived spice, built for hearty food and generous drinking. Aromas run to blackberry, raspberry and plum wrapped in toasted coconut and dried spice from 12 months in American oak. The palate follows through with rich plum and raspberry, layers of roasted coffee bean, coconut and spice, all carried on a medium‑firm tannin line that keeps the finish long, warm and satisfying.
