St Anne’s Tatalia Heathcote Shiraz 2022 is a premium, new‑French‑oak aged Heathcote red, drawing on that classic deep red Cambrian soil to deliver dark fruit, spice and serious structure in the glass. Expect deep colour with aromas of black cherry, plum and blackberry alongside black pepper, vanilla, toasty oak and a touch of menthol lift. The palate is full‑bodied and powerful, dark fruits, peppery spice and chocolaty depth supported by firm tannins and lingering oak, thanks to 24 months in new French barriques.
