Stargazer Kura Shiraz Pinot Noir 2024 is a co-fermented blend from Tasmania’s Coal River Valley, combining the richness of Shiraz with the bright lift of Pinot Noir. The Shiraz is destemmed and left as whole berries, while 50% of Pinot Noir is whole bunch fermented, with both parcels fermented together undisturbed before aging in old French oak puncheons. The wine presents a vibrant magenta-crimson color with aromatic notes of red plum, raspberry, roasted blueberries, dried cherries, and lifted violet florals, complemented by spicy undertones.
