Stoke Wines Rosé 2022 (12 Bottles) Kangaroo Island

Entirely hand-picked and whole-bunch pressed, the fruit is cool-fermented then aged “on lees” for three months to build mouthfeel without heaviness. Expect floral notes, green apple and grapefruit up front, leading into ripe red plum and pink apple, balanced by a crisp acid backbone and saline island freshness. At ~11.7-12.5% ABV, it’s light-to-medium bodied and supple.
