Whole-bunch pressed, with part aged in French oak and part in stainless steel on solids, it was fermented with native yeast and rested on lees for five months. The nose reveals sun-kissed stone fruits,ripe apricot and white peach,with hints of honey and delicate coastal salinity. On the palate, creamy texture and rich mid-palate give way to fresh acid and a fine mineral thread that lifts the finish.
