Stoke Wines Shiraz Cabernet 2022 (12 Bottles) Kangaroo Island

Hand-picked and destemmed, the base grapes were co-fermented whole berry, with careful cap management (twice-daily plunging early, then lighter work later). Aged for 12 months in old French oak to soften tannins and let fruit shine. The wine presents ripe blackberry, dark cherry, and plum, with hints of pepper and slate; medium-bodied with fine tannins and balanced acidity.
