Terra Felix Cabernet Sauvignon Premium 2012 is the Yarra Valley Cabernet. Terra Felix’s museum/flagship tier, and at this age it’s now a fully mature, complex cool-climate Cabernet with plenty of secondary development. It takes the classic Yarra Cabernet profile of dark fruit, herb and cedar and layers on bottle-aged polish and softness. The bouquet shows fragrant dried herbs, spice and dark fruits, mulberry, blackberry and plum, with notes of chocolate, spicy cherry, cinnamon, clove and cedary oak now well integrated.
