Terroir al Límit Priorat Arbossar 2021,. Dominik Huber's Terroir al Límit in Spain's Priorat near Torroja del Priorat, rises from a steep 1.6-hectare north-facing vineyard of 100+ year-old Cariñena vines on schist-granite soils at 400m, hand-harvested, 100% whole-bunch fermented with wild yeasts and concrete-aged 16 months. Vi de Coster purity at 13.5% alcohol. Aromas burst with fresh blue fruits, red berries, flowers, white pepper, rosemary, sage and mineral tension.
