Terroir al Límit Priorat Dits del Terra 2021,. Dominik Huber's biodynamic Terroir al Límit in Spain's Priorat near Torroja del Priorat, showcases old-vine (80+ years) Cariñena from three south-facing schist vineyards, hand-harvested, whole-cluster wild fermented and concrete-aged for restrained power as Vi de Coster (Premier Cru equivalent) at lower alcohol. Aromas erupt with dried roses, ripe berries, wet earth, moss and reductive decadence.
