Dominik Huber's Terroir al Límit in Spain's Priorat, blends 75% Garnacha with 25% Cariñena from multiple historic vineyards across Bellmunt, Porrera, Poboleda. Torroja on llicorella slate soils, hand-harvested, whole-cluster fermented and concrete-aged six months for pure regional soul at 13.5% alcohol. Aromas burst with pomegranate, hibiscus, fennel, blackberry and smoky garrigue that pull you straight in.
