Terroir al Límit Priorat Les Manyes 2021,. Dominik Huber's Terroir al Límit in Spain's Priorat, rises. Priorat's highest vineyard at 800m in the Montsant ranges, 55-year-old Garnatxa Peluda vines on cool, north-facing clay soils with quartz and limestone, hand-harvested, 100% whole-bunch fermented with indigenous yeasts and aged 8 months in concrete. Vi d'Altura (Grand Cru) purity at modest alcohol. Aromas explode with wild strawberry, blood orange, white pepper, mezcal, forest floor and dried herbs.
