Terroir al Límit Priorat Les Tosses 2021,. Dominik Huber's Terroir al Límit in Spain's Priorat near Torroja del Priorat, rises from a 2-hectare, 80-year-old bush vineyard at 650m on steep east-facing black llicorella slate, primarily Cariñena with touches. Garnacha, hand-harvested, 100% whole-bunch fermented with indigenous yeasts and concrete-aged 8 months. Vi d'Altura (Grand Cru) purity at 13.5% alcohol. Aromas burst with slate, blueberries, blood orange, dried grapefruit and smoky spice.
