Terroir al Límit Priorat Pedra de Guix 2021, crafted. Dominik Huber at Terroir al Límit in Spain's Priorat, blends Grenache Blanc. Poboleda's schist, Macabeo. Torroja's alluvial soils,. Pedro Ximénez. El Lloar's chalky gypsum, old vines (50-80 years) basket-pressed whole-cluster, wild-fermented and lees-aged 11 months in concrete for pure rocky expression at 13.5% alcohol. Aromas explode with dried pineapple, lemon peel, pine nuts, orange blossom and crushed chalk minerality.
