This Terra de Cuques blanc 2022 from winery Terroir Al Limit is a blend of 60% Grenache Blanc and 40% Pedro Ximenez sourced from more than 25-year-old slate/clay vines. La Morera del Montsant. The grapes for this white Priorat wine are hand harvested, fermented in whole bunches for 5 days in inox and cement tanks and then aged in cement for 6 months.
