Pinot Gris 2025 from the Adelaide Hills is a zesty, textural white that’s all about drinkability, freshness and spice, made by the Shaw + Smith team on their home turf. Aromas of nashi pear, Packham. Jazz apple, fresh quince, orange blossom and white pepper roll into hints of loquat, yellow melon and subtle ginger jellies. The palate is light yet flavoursome, laden with pear nectar and crisp apple, lemon-skin citrus, a touch of white-tea tannin and a long, pithy, refreshing finish.
