from Adelaide Hills/Mount Lofty Ranges is a pale-salmon, Tempranillo,Sangiovese blend that screams lazy-arvo drinking, bright, dry and way more serious than the “quaffer” tag suggests. This 2025 El Desperado Rosé is estate-grown in Langhorne Creek and finished crisp and vibrant at about 13% alcohol. In the glass you get lifted floral aromas and freshly picked strawberries, with a pretty line of rose petal running through the perfume.
