Thomas Wines Braemore Semillon 2025 is a benchmark Hunter Valley Semillon from the legendary Braemore vineyard planted in 1969 on sandy alluvial flats in Pokolbin’s Hermitage Road dress circle. The wine shows a star-bright pale lemon hue with electric green highlights and classic aromas of fresh lime pith, green apple, yellow dragonfruit, delicate borage petals, and river stones. The palate is immediately engaging with crisp acidity framing starfruit, yellow kiwi, Granny Smith apple, chamomile, lime sorbet, and soft herbal complexity.
