Andrew Thomas in Australia's Hunter Valley, masterfully blends 58% Hunter Valley Shiraz with 42% McLaren Vale fruit, fermented separately then married post-pressing, matured in quality French barriques to weave savoury spice with fleshy sweetness in one seamless glass at 14.2% alcohol. Medium-bodied magic leaps with dark berries, mulberry richness, cedar spice, liquorice whispers and earthy Hunter perfume.
