Usher Tinkler Red 2023 is a medium-bodied red blend from the Hunter Valley, consisting of approximately 70% Shiraz (from the Shady Pines organic vineyard) and 30% Pinot Noir from the Hill vineyard. The grapes are hand-picked and the wine is made with whole berry fermentation, no stems, and aged with malolactic fermentation and lees in one- to three-year-old French oak barrels for about eight months.
