This Velo Chardonnay 2025 continues the estate’s approach of small-batch, hand-picked fruit and gentle, old-meets-new winemaking. Hand harvested and whole-bunch pressed straight to a mix of old and new French oak barrels, the 2025 Chardonnay is wild-fermented, building texture and complexity without heavy oak flavour.
