Verget Pouilly Fuisse Les Combes Vieilles Vignes 2023 (6 Bottles) France

A parcel located at the bottom of the Pouilly-Fuissé village, Les Combes is one. Jean-Marie Guffens’ favourite vineyards, a prejudice that makes perfect sense when you taste the wine. The oldest vines, planted in 1917 (!), are north-facing while the two parcels of relative youngsters (1937 and 1953) face south. Each parcel was picked and vinified separately before blending.
