Vinden Wines Shiraz Nouveau 2024 (12 Bottles) Pokolbin, Hunter Valley

This light, crisp, perfumed style. Shiraz was sourced from our Vinden Vineyard planted in 1995 over red clay soil and our Somerset Vineyard planted in 1960’s. 15% whole bunch, 85% whole berry in open concrete fermenters, hand plunged, basket pressed and aged for 4 months in neutral French oak barrels. Concrete. Enjoy it now or on a hot summers day serve it chilled.
