Vinden Wines Somerset Vineyard Reserve Semillon 2021 from the Hunter Valley is a tightly coiled, pure and finely structured Semillon showing citrus fruit, refreshing natural acidity and delicate minerality from old Somerset vines planted in 1969. It is bone dry, light in alcohol around 10.5%, and built for long ageing. Aromas of lemon, lime and green apple sit over subtle herbs and a chalky, saline edge, with the palate driven by crisp, natural acidity and a long, dry, mouth-watering finish.
