It is wonderful to welcome Beechworth GI wines back into our offering after losing the fruit in 2020 to smoke! This is Shiraz. Indigo Vineyard. Pinot Noir. Brunnen (the shaded south-east corner we always put to Rosé). Always hand-picked, crushed, foot stomped, basket-pressed and wild fermented in a mix of old puncheon and barrique.
