Think juicy red and black cherry, a little plum and a lifted, savoury edge rather than a heavy, oaky style. On the palate it’s all about crunchy fruit, savoury spice and fine, chalky tannins, with hints of dried herbs, cola, subtle tobacco and a gentle vanilla/cedar note from oak.
