New South Wales is a seriously refreshing, organically grown Sauvignon that packs plenty of zip and flavour while keeping the palate ultra-bright and clean from start to finish. In the glass it’s pale straw with green flashes, jumping out with vibrant aromas of freshly cut grass, sweet peas, lime and crunchy green apple, all wrapped in a subtle mineral edge.
