Woodstock Wines Vintage Fortified Cabernet Sauvignon 2016 is a rich and complex fortified wine crafted from very ripe, partially shriveled Cabernet Sauvignon grapes harvested late in the vintage. The wine is fortified with pure grape spirit to 18.5% alcohol and aged in very old oak barrels. It shows aromas and flavors of ripe black cherries, fruit pastilles, nutmeg, cinnamon, and mocha, with a balanced sweetness, integrated tannins, and acidity that create a warming long finish.
