Wooing Tree Rosé 2023 (Winemaker: Pip Battley; Pink Moon Vineyard, Central Otago, New Zealand) is a vibrant, 100% Pinot Noir rosé that captures freshness and elegance. Whole-bunch pressed and cold-fermented in stainless steel, it offers lively aromas of rose petals, candy, ripe strawberry, peach and citrus. On the palate it is dry, with bright acidity, crisp texture and a silky mouthfeel followed by a long, refreshing finish.
