Wild-fermented and matured in seasoned French oak, it reveals fragrant aromas of sour cherry, red plum, rose petal and subtle earthy herbs. The palate is light-medium bodied, offering cranberry, pomegranate and delicate spice, framed by fine tannins and crisp acidity.
