Blewitt Springs in McLaren Vale is a fresh, medium-bodied, certified organic and biodynamic Shiraz made for sheer drinkability without sacrificing class. In the glass it’s all tart boysenberry, black cherry, red plum and blueberry, with violets, blackberry, white pepper and warm baking spice over subtle earth and barely-there oak.
