Blewitt Springs in McLaren Vale is a Rhône-inspired white blend that’s all about freshness, texture and detail, drawn from certified organic and biodynamic estate vines. Built around Grenache Blanc. Roussanne, Clairette, Picpoul. Bourboulenc, it offers pear, quince and white nectarine, citrus zest, white flowers and almond, with a saline, lightly pithy edge. The palate is medium-bodied, gently textural and dry, with serious acidity, tight layers of flavour and a little bite of skin tannin that keeps things focused and ultra-moreish.
