Yarra Burn Vintage Pinot Noir Chardonnay 2021 from the Yarra Valley is a vibrant, cool-climate sparkling with serious finesse, crystal clear in the glass, fine persistent bead, medium straw and a golden hue that screams celebration-ready bubbles. The nose is lifted and detailed, citrus, white peach and red fruits layered with brioche, sourdough, toasted nut and a hint of honeycomb from extended lees aging.
