Yarra Yering Blanc de Blancs 2017, crafted under winemaker Sarah Crowe in Yarra Valley, Victoria, is a sparkling chardonnay of sublime poise. Aged in old oak for 8 months, followed by 80 months (7 years) resting on lees post-tirage, it presents pale yellow hues and aromas of toasty brioche, lemon-balm and delicate white flower. The palate delivers creamy texture with subtle chalk-like minerality, bright citrus lift and a clean, extended finish.
