The wine is wild yeast fermented and aged for eight months in French oak puncheons (64% large format, 36% tank) with frequent bâtonnage, which adds creamy mouthfeel and complexity. It shows aromas of marigold flowers, yellow stone fruit, pears, apricots, and golden apples, alongside notes of beeswax, fennel, elderflower, and lemon juice.
