Zidarich Prulke 2020. Zidarich in the Carso, Friuli-Venezia Giulia, is a distinctive skin contact white that captures the raw energy and mineral edge of this rugged border region. The nose is layered and complex, showing dried citrus peel, stone fruit and wild herbs, backed by subtle floral notes, almond and a saline lift. On the palate it is medium bodied and textured, with gentle tannic grip, fresh acidity and a savoury, mineral driven finish that lingers long after the last sip.
